Formula 25: Fatigue-no-more

Uses: Fatigue
Comments:
2 tsp. powdered Ashwaganda
2 tsp. powdered Astragalus
2 tsp. powdered Siberian Ginseng
2 tsp. powdered Shiitake
2 tsp. powdered Nettles
2 tsp. powdered Alfalfa
2 tsp. powdered Licorice
Use one of two methods:
Mix all of these herbs together in a small bowl. Then carefully fill size 00 gelatin capsules or vegi-caps (available at health food stores) with the powdered herbs. Take 1-2 capsules 3 times a day

Or The powdered mixture can also be taken in milk. Stir 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 1 cup of warmed milk and drink up to 3 times a day.
