Formula 31: Foot Bath

Uses: Athlete's Foot, Foot Soreness
Comments:
1/3 cup Thyme leaves
1/3 cup Cats Claw
1/4 cup Turmeric powder
1/4 oz. Grapefruit Seed extract
10 drops Lavender essential oil
2 quarts water
This can be prepared one of two ways:
Method One
Put the herbs and the water in a large pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the water to cool to a warm temperature. Strain off the herbs and pour the water into a basin large enough to immerse feet. Soak the feet for up to 20 minutes, then towel dry.
Note: Any combination of the above herbs can be used.
Method Two
Prepare a tea out of 1 tsp. thyme leaves and 1 cup hot water. Allow the tea to infuse for 10 minutes then strain off the herb and sip on the tea. Makes a nice addition to the foot soak.
