Formula 20: Cramp Relief Tea

Uses: Muscle Spasms, Spasms, Cramps, Muscle Cramps
Comments:
1 tsp. Cramp bark
1 tsp. Valerian root
1 tsp. Red Raspberry leaves
1 tsp. Catnip leaves
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon chips
1/4 tsp. Anise seed
3 cups water
Combine the herbs and water in a saucepan and bring he mixture to a boil. Turn down the heat and let it simmer, covered, for 15-20 minutes. Strain off the herbs. Drink 3 cups a day or as needed.
