Formula 7: Appetite Stimulant

Uses: Bloating, Belching, Digestive Weakness, Indigestion

Comments:

1/2 tsp. powdered Gentian root

1/2 tsp. grated fresh Ginger root

1 cup apple juice or 1 shot of brandy

Mix the herbs and the liquid together. Drink right before meals.
