4 tsp. Milk Thistle seed tincture
2 tsp. Dandelion root tincture
2 tsp. Barberry root tincture
2 tsp. Burdock root tincture
1 tsp. Licorice root tincture
1 tsp. Fennel seed tincture
Combine the tinctures and store in a 1 oz. amber bottle. Take 1 dropperful 3 times a day.
Method 2:These same herbs can be made into a combination tincture simply by taking the dried forms of the above mentioned herbs in the same proportions, mixing them together in a wide-mouthed glass jar and covering with vodka. Let stand for 2 weeks, then strain off the herbs and bottle the tincture. For this method, the amounts of the herbs can be doubled.
