4 tbsp. Garlic - granules or powder
3 tbsp. Cumin - seed or powder
3 tbsp. Turmeric powder
1 tbsp. Ginger powder
1/8-1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper
*Clarified Butter (ghee) or Olive Oil
Combine all the herbs together in an airtight container or a spice jar with a lid. Use to flavor rice,grains, vegetables, soups, and stews.
*To make the blend more bio-available, saute 1 tsp. of the spice blend in 2 tbsp. ghee or oil. Add this to the dish.
