1/2 cup unsweetened Cranberry juice*
1/2 cup white grape juice (no sugar added)
1/8 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. powdered Kava Kava root
Stir the Kava Kava powder into the coconut milk, then mix this with the juices in a jar. Cover the jar and shake the mixture well. Drink 2-3 cups of the beverage a day.The recipe can be tripled and used throughout the day.
* If unsweetened cranberry juice is hard to find, a juice tea can be made by blending 1 cup of cranberries with 1 cup of water.
