Uses: Postpartum Swelling, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Morning Sickness
2 tsp. Raspberry leaf
1 tsp. Black Haw bark
1 tsp. Dandelion leaf
1 tsp. Peppermint leaf
2 thin slices fresh, peeled Ginger root
4 cups water
Boil the water. Poor the water over the herbs in a tea pot. Allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes. Strain off the herbs. Drink 3-4 cups throughout the day.
