We must also avoid the things that damage health, such as stress, smoking, exposure to pollutants, and an unhealthy lifestyle.

Each herbal description includes contraindictions, such as dangerous side effects, to which you should pay careful attention. Many of the contraindications only occur in extremely large doses and would never be a problem with normal use. Formula 62: Memory Power Tincture

Uses: Forgetfulness, Alzheimer's Disease, Mental Exhaustion, Mental Fatigue, Mental Fogginess, Memory Loss, Premature Aging
4 tsp. Gingko tincture
4 tsp. Gotu Kola tincture
2 tsp. Siberian Ginseng tincture
2 tsp. Shizandra tinctureFresh peppermint or 1 cinnamon stick
Mix the tinctures together in a small jar. Place the peppermint or the cinnamon in the jar and allow to stand for two weeks. Strain off the herb and store the tincture in an amber glass bottle with dropper assembly. Take 1 dropperful 3 times a day or as needed.
