4 tsp. Gingko tincture
4 tsp. Gotu Kola tincture
2 tsp. Siberian Ginseng tincture
2 tsp. Shizandra tinctureFresh peppermint or 1 cinnamon stick
Mix the tinctures together in a small jar. Place the peppermint or the cinnamon in the jar and allow to stand for two weeks. Strain off the herb and store the tincture in an amber glass bottle with dropper assembly. Take 1 dropperful 3 times a day or as needed.
