1 tsp. American Ginseng - dried
1 tsp. Siberian Ginseng - dried
1 tsp. Amalaki - dried
1 tsp. Licorice root powder
1/4 tsp. Ginger and Clove
2 strands of Saffron
1 pinch of Black Pepper
3 cups water
Bring the herbs and the water to a boil in a covered saucepan. Turn off the heat and allow the herbs to steep for an additional 10 minutes. Strain. Sweeten with honey if desired. Drink 1-3 cups a day.
Note: The powdered herbs can also mixed together and stirred into warm milk.
