Formula 86: Spirit Lift Tea
Uses: Depression, Fatigue
Comments:
1/2 tsp. Saint Johns Wort
1/2 tsp. Siberian Ginseng root
1/2 tsp. Oatstraw
1/2 tsp. Gingko tincture
1/2 tsp. Lemon Balm
1/2 tsp. organic Rose Petals
1 quart waterHoney
Pour boiling water over the herbs in a tea pot or wide-mouthed jar. Cover and allow to steep for 20 minutes. Strain the herbs and sweeten to taste. Drink 3-4 cups each day.
