Formula 75: Poison Ivy Relief

Uses: Poison Ivy, Poison Oak

Comments:

1 Tbsp. Grindelia tincture

1 Tbsp. Jewelweed tincture or 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped Plantain leaves

1 Tbsp. powdered Cattail roots

Note: Any combination of the above herbs can be used.

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup Aloe Vera juice

Mix together all of the ingredients and spread the soothing liquid on the affected area. If plantain leaves or cattail is used, the actual plant material can be put on the area as a poultice. A gauze pad can then be taped over the area to secure the poulice. Remove after an hour.
